How much ready-to-drink milk do you want to get?

**Babies need about 5 meals a day. With each newly introduced complementary meal, a bottle feeding should be skipped.
Standard solution: 13.2 g formula powder + 90 ml boiled drinking water = 100 ml ready-to-drink baby formula.
- Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool down to approx. 40-50 °C.
- Add ½ of the required amount of water to the bottle.
- Add the amount of powder into the bottle according to the table. To do this, fill the measuring spoon and wipe off.
- Close the vial and shake vigorously.
- Add the remaining amount of drinking water and shake well.
- Check the drinking temperature (approx. 37°C).

Interesting facts about follow-on milk
Why follow-on milk?
First infant formula and follow-on milk are very different. Follow-on milks are designed to meet the needs of babies after 6 months of age and contain more nutrients such as iron, calcium and iodine. In addition, follow-on milk is more filling than first infant formula. Follow-on milks contain two nutrients that make you feel full: complex, long-chain carbohydrates and proteins. Starch and maltodextrin are carbohydrates, while whey protein and casein are proteins.
