What our customers say
As a carbohydrate source, our first infant milk contains only lactose (milk sugar), which is also present in breast milk.
What do I need to know when preparing a bottle of whole milk based infant formula?
To prepare infant formula from whole milk for your baby, first boil fresh water and then let it cool down to a temperature of 40-50 degrees. Then fill half of the required amount of water into the bottle and add the required amount of infant formula powder. Then close the bottle with newborn milk formula and shake it well. Now add the rest of the water, close the bottle again and shake well. It is important to note that the recommended amount of infant formula powder and water depends on the age of your baby. Therefore, always check the package instructions for the infant formula and make sure that you use the amounts indicated.
Prepare a fresh baby bottle:
It is important to use a freshly prepared bottle for each feeding of whole milk based infant formula and to dispose of the leftover liquid. Our recommendation: Do not leave the bottle for more than half an hour. Milk and infant formula are breeding grounds for bacteria that multiply quickly at high temperatures.
Baby bottle to go:
Remember to prepare each bottle fresh. So mix powdered baby milk and water just before feeding to prevent germs and bacteria from breeding grounds. For a quick preparation at night or on the go, you can pour boiled water into a clean thermos flask. You can fill the required amount of powdered first infant milk into a sealable container. When needed, mix the water from the thermos with the infant formula powder, shake and check the temperature. Good to know: Preparing a baby bottle with formula for newborns is no different from preparing a bottle with follow-on milk.
