Who We Are
At Löwenzahn Organics, we have a clear mission: We are rethinking the baby food market. We speak plainly, demystify topics that others prefer to avoid, and create radical transparency. No marketing fluff here—just real facts and honest support for parents. We are modern, science-based, and passionate about what we do.
Your Mission
You make sure parents find us, understand us, and trust us—not just on Google, but also where more and more people are asking their questions today: in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity & Co. You combine classic search engine optimization (SEO) with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and ensure that our content is cited and recommended in AI-generated answers.
- Content with conviction: You write blog posts, guides, landing pages, and newsletters that really say something. You explain complex topics such as nutrition, ingredients, and development in a simple, honest, and verifiable way.
- SEO strategy: You research keywords, plan content clusters, optimize existing pages, analyze technical fundamentals together with the team, and evaluate performance using tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- GEO strategy: You understand how Large Language Models select sources and summarize content. You structure our content so that it becomes visible in AI answers: clear answers, clean structure, authority, citations, and machine-readable data.
- Monitoring & measurement: You build a reporting system that shows where we stand in classic search results and AI answers, and derive concrete measures from it.
- AI as a smart co-pilot: You use tools such as Gemini, Claude, Langdock, or ChatGPT to speed up research, briefings, and content production without losing sight of quality and factual accuracy.
This Is You
- You love plain speaking: You write directly, approachably, and without bloated phrases. Transparency is second nature to you.
- You know SEO in practice: You have initial experience in content creation and on-page SEO, as well as a good understanding of technical SEO.
- You understand GEO: You have explored how AI search systems select content and have initial experience optimizing content for AI answers.
- You have an eye for numbers: You can cleanly evaluate keyword research, ranking, and traffic data and derive decisions from it. You know how to use SEO tools such as Ahrefs properly.
- AI expertise: You know current AI workflows for text, research, and images and use them confidently without neglecting SEO relevance or quality.
- Self-starter: You work independently, enjoy the dynamics of a young, rapidly growing, international company, and proactively contribute your own ideas.
- German and English fluently in speech and writing.

Female employees about Löwenzahn Organics

Anna – Senior Marketing Manager
At Löwenzahn Organics, we support parents in finding their own path—free from outdated ideals and judgment. Whether it comes to feeding decisions or returning to work, we recognize the invisible work mothers do and address the challenges that are often kept quiet. For us, the reality of families matters, not the pressure to be perfect.
That is exactly why a central focus of my work is collaborating closely with midwives and other experts through our Expert Circle. We know that the commitment of experts supporting families around birth and motherhood is extraordinary and goes far beyond professional care. They are often the most important source of support as families navigate their way into a new chapter of life.

Katja – Customer & Account Service Manager
Löwenzahn Organics is not a place for standing still. For those who want to go the extra mile and are eager to actively help shape the company, many doors are open here. I am a good example of this myself.
Children have always played a major role in my life. It fulfills me to support and advise parents and to have a positive impact on their everyday lives. I find that same sense of purpose in my work at Löwenzahn Organics.
After my third child, I consciously started working part-time in Customer Service. With my open and positive attitude, I succeed in inspiring people and building trust—both in my interactions with parents and within the team. At the same time, I developed a desire to reconnect more strongly with my roots in account management.
At Löwenzahn Organics, I was given exactly this opportunity for development. This trust in individual strengths and goals is what makes the company special to me. Because here, it is not only about what you bring with you, but also about where you want to develop.

Antonia, Anne and Juliane - Product & Quality Management
At Löwenzahn Organics, quality is not an abstract concept, but a personal promise. We know that parents are often under enormous pressure when it comes to feeding – that is why we take away their uncertainty. In our Quality & Product team, we develop food that is scientifically sound while also meeting the reality of families, without judging them.
Behind every recipe is the courage to sometimes take the complicated path: We spend years researching details and meticulously test every batch with independent laboratories. We do not work for a perfect facade, but for products that we, as experts and parents, can stand behind 100%. This is how we create the confidence that families need to go their own way.
